Would you like to surprise your guests with a real classic? Then prepare rack of lamb with rosemary on the barbecue!
- Rack of lamb
- Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Garlic powder
- Dried rosemary
- Dried thyme
- Brown soft sugar
- For the BBQ rub, mix the caster sugar, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and sea salt in a bowl.
- Brush the lamb rack with the olive oil on both sides and sprinkle the meat with the BBQ rub. Cover the meat and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Grill the rack 2-3 minutes per side on the BBQ.
Tip: serve the lamb rack with pasta salad!
