A delicious Italian pizza on the barbecue is always a good idea. By preparing it on the barbecue you create a nice crispy base and the pizza is super fresh!
- 1x pizza dough
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 2 kl dried oregano
- 60 gr grated mozzarella
- +- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Roll out the pizza dough. Spread the dough with the tomato sauce and top with mozzarella and oregano.
- Bake at 350 °C, in a closed BBQ, for 2.5 minutes until the pizza is crispy.
- Finish with basil, cherry tomato pieces and a little olive oil.
Of course it is also possible to vary with other toppings!
