Italian steak
A simple, but delicious recipe: an Italian steak with vegetables from the barbecue!

Ingredients
  • Steak
  • Pepper & salt
  • Italian herbs
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges

Preparation
  1. Make sure the meat is at room temperature.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with pepper, salt, Italian herbs and olive oil.
  3. Grill the meat on both sides for 5 minutes and add the rosemary.
  4. Let the meat rest under aluminum foil for 5-10.
  5. Serve with rosemary and some Parmesan cheese and lemon wedges if desired.

Tip: serve the steak with eggplant!
