- Pepper & salt
- Italian herbs
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges
- Make sure the meat is at room temperature.
- Sprinkle the meat with pepper, salt, Italian herbs and olive oil.
- Grill the meat on both sides for 5 minutes and add the rosemary.
- Let the meat rest under aluminum foil for 5-10.
- Serve with rosemary and some Parmesan cheese and lemon wedges if desired.
Tip: serve the steak with eggplant!
