Italian chicken skewers with peppers, lemon and rosemary
With barbecue, you can vary endlessly. With this recipe, you can make your own fresh Italian marinade!

Ingredients
  • Chicken breast
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Pepper & Salt

Supplies:

  • Skewers

Preparation

  1. Squeeze the lemon and garlic cloves into a mixing bowl. Pour in some olive oil and pick the rosemary from the sprigs. Also add some oregano and salt and pepper to taste to the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place the chicken in the marinade for +- 2 hours.
  3. Cut the bell bell pepper.
  4. Thread the chicken cubes and peppers onto the skewers. Bake them on the barbecue until brown and cooked (approximately 12-15 minutes).
