- Chicken breast

- Squeeze the lemon and garlic cloves into a mixing bowl. Pour in some olive oil and pick the rosemary from the sprigs. Also add some oregano and salt and pepper to taste to the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place the chicken in the marinade for +- 2 hours.
- Cut the bell bell pepper.
- Thread the chicken cubes and peppers onto the skewers. Bake them on the barbecue until brown and cooked (approximately 12-15 minutes).
