- Prepare the barbecue for direct grilling at a medium temperature of 180°C - 200°C.
- Cut the baguette into slices of about 2 cm. Peel and halve the garlic and rub the bread with it. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the baguette slices on the barbecue until golden brown.
- Top with tomato, mozzarella, olive and parsley pieces.
