  1. Prepare the barbecue for direct grilling at a medium temperature of 180°C - 200°C.
  2. Cut the baguette into slices of about 2 cm. Peel and halve the garlic and rub the bread with it. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the baguette slices on the barbecue until golden brown.
  4. Top with tomato, mozzarella, olive and parsley pieces.

Besides tomato, mozzarella, olive and parsley, it is of course also possible to vary with other delicious ingredients!
